CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Our customer’s well being is very important to us. We understand that unplanned issues can come up at any time that may require you to cancel your booking with us. However since we have limited rooms, our customers are requested to notify the hotel authorities about the amendment of their booking only out of respect for the hotel staffs, if nothing else. You are requested to inform the hotel via a mail or over a phone call, 5-2 days prior your arrival. Please refer to the details given below for further information of our cancellation policy. Please read the policy carefully and for further clarification feel free to call or email us. For Standard booking if you want to amend your booking with us, the below mentioned penalties will be applied:


    1. For any cancellation request received within 48 hours before the arrival date, no refund is generated. The customer gets zero % cashback.
    2. For a cancellation request received between 5-2 days before the date of arrival, 50% refund is generated. Customer gets half of the booking amount refunded.
    3. No cancellation charges are levied for any cancellation made prior to 5 days of the arrival date,customer gets a 100% refund of the booking amount.
    4. The refund money is generated through the same medium with which the payment was made by the customer. To know about your cashback, call or drop an email to the hotel.
